Train with HEART, not only develops and prepares the body for improved athletic performance but aims to optimize the whole person through healing, empowerment, awareness, reflection, and transformation. Healing - Positive Affirmations
Our thoughts play a huge role in how we feel and positive thinking leads to confidence and feelings of happiness, while negativity leads to low self-esteem and missing out on greatness in life. Using daily positive affirmations can change your life, but you have to be strategic and you have to do it like you mean it.
