To argue that the Christian has no assurance of salvation is to question God's sovereignty, His power to save, the promises that were offered from the OT to the NT, etc. There's a lot that needs to be overlooked and rejected if we say we CAN LOSE OUR SALVATION. How can He have the power to save yet not keep us saved?
