As Christian moms, we like the idea that we're training our kids for their futures. We think about their future education, their future family, and future careers. But are we training them to do well in life or are we simply bowing to what creates the least amount of conflict in the home (aka what makes them happy)?
When faced with a tense moment, we often times we default to what is expedient instead of what is effective. In this episode I explore a few examples in my own home that tell me whether I'm training my kids to be happy or to be successful.
