Oh hey!

This episode is definitely in light of the current coivd situation that Sydney and other parts of Australia are having to deal with at the moment. However, it is also relevant outside of the current situation because we can all experience uncertainty at different times in our lives. 

We all know that uncertainty can be present at any stage of life depending on your journey, so it is important to have ways to help manage it in your own life. Jess and I discuss how our current life has changed in the recent weeks and how there is anxiety and uncertainty in the air based on not knowing what the coming weeks hold.

A couple of our top tips to deal with the current uncertainty that many of us are facing are:

  1. Start your day with a good breakfast
  2. Get away from your desk at lunch
  3. Move your body
  4. Get outside in the fresh air and sunlight
  5. Be kind to yourself

If you are struggling, there is no shame in reaching out and seeking help. Speak to a health professional or someone you trust about how you’re feeling and to gain assistance if you need to. Some additional resources you can reach out to are listed below:
