In this episode we wanted to discuss the Growth Mindset. Now we want to point out that this isn’t our original idea, and that this concept was developed by Carol Dweck. For a bit of context, the concept began with an educational focus on students to help close the ‘achievement gap’ but it was found that it could be applied to all areas of life.
We take the time to discuss what a growth mindset is, comparing it to a fixed mindset and how you can achieve a growth mindset in your own life. Although it might take some time and dedication, we believe that it is so worth it!
At the end of the day, we want to remind you that you are capable of developing a growth mindset in every area of your life, you can develop the skills and talents you need by working hard and implementing good strategies into your life.
