• Churches need to pay far more attention to people’s spiritual lives first and foremost—which primarily means how people are living out their faith outside the walls and programs of the church, in their daily lives.    
• Churches who THRIVE are willing to experiment to change their culture. Culture change is relationally driven, not event- or program-driven.
