Invitation Phase Practice:
1. Reflect on Patterns:
Think about the recurring themes in your life. What habits, relationships, or situations do you find yourself revisiting? Write down at least three patterns you've noticed. For each pattern, ask yourself: How does this serve me? Does it align with my current goals and aspirations?
2. Identify Invitations to Change:
Consider the subtle invitations or nudges you've experienced recently. What small signs or challenges have you noticed that encourage you to step into a new reality? Write about these experiences and reflect on how they might be guiding you toward your desired changes.
Declaration Stage Practice
Journal Prompts:
1. Reflect on Patterns:
What recurring patterns or cycles have I noticed in my life? How have these patterns held me back, and what changes do I want to make to break free from them?
2. Envision Your Upgrade:
Imagine your life after completing your desired upgrade or goal. What does your future self look like? Describe a day in the life of this version of you. What habits, boundaries, and mindsets does this person embody?
The In-Between Low Effort Practices
1. Visualizing My Future Self:
-Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine your upgraded self. What do they look like? How do they carry themselves? What are they doing? Write a detailed description of this future version of you, including how they think, feel, and interact with the world. How does this vision inspire you to make conscious choices today?
Phase 4 The Trust Phase
Prompt 1: Reflecting on Lessons Learned
- What challenges have I faced recently that have felt like obstacles to my personal growth?
- What lessons did I learn from these challenges, and how can they help me in my upgrade process?
- How can I apply these lessons moving forward to better hold the frequency of my upgraded self?
Phase 5 Celebrating the uplevel
Prompt 1:
Reflect on a recent upgrade in your life—big or small. What specific changes did you notice in yourself, your habits, or your mindset? How did these changes impact your day-to-day life? Write about the emotions and thoughts that arose during this process.
Prompt 2:
Think about the lessons you've learned on your journey of upleveling. What insights have you gained about yourself that you didn't recognize before? How can you apply these lessons moving forward to continue your growth? Document these insights and how they will shape your future decisions.
