Description

Taking creative action to solve problems faced by society, changemakers are passionate and inspiring individuals. We have the pleasure of presenting episode one of a two-part series recorded at an event hosted by Adelaide City Rotaract Club. This live panel is hosted by dedicated Global Shaper Steph Hopkins.

Episode one features the honourable Olivia Savvas MP. Elected at age 25, she is the youngest member of the South Australian Parliament and is the youngest woman ever elected to the House of Assembly. She is a current Labor member of the South Australian House of Assembly representing Newland. Today Olivia shares with us why she got into politics at such a young age, how her age and gender have been a disruptor, how she works with the young people in her electorate, and what political project she's most proud of. We hope you enjoy!
