morning pages:

it was easy to wake up and do the morning pages, but I def did not gym after most days. I’ve been in a funk (luteal phase). Broke a streak of tracking my meals (had a 100 day streak). overall ok

overall thoughts:

didn’t feel amazing but did progress. Really got real with myself about how intentional I’m being with my phone (phone away from bed) and now decided to re introduce my downtime 1 hour before bed.
