I am joined today by Major Donny Bigham. Donny is a world champion powerlifter, retired Army Major, and all around awesome guy. This is part one of a two part podcast with Donny. In this episode, we discuss his background, his military service, and then cover some ground with his competition days on the powerlifting platform. Donny got called away while recording, but we are already scheduled to record part two in the coming days. Donny does a fantastic job of imparting wisdom and even tells a really cool story of some combat during his time in Afghanistan. I hope you guys enjoy this as much as I did.
