In this episode I sit down with one of my favorite humans on the planet, Laura Zerra. Laura is many things: a knife maker, an author, a backcountry explorer, a survivalist, and so much more. She has been on Naked and Afraid and hosts a show on CarbonTV called DECIVILIZED. She has the distinction of surviving more days in the wild on camera than any other female on Earth! We get into all sorts of things in this episode and yet I feel like we barely scratched the surface. One of the biggest takeaways from this episode for me was hearing some of Laura's story and the importance of not only knowing who you are, but staying true to who you are.
