In today’s episode, we have our first guest, Cynthia Mitchell.

Charli and Cynthia talk about their history together and how the universe brought them back together, after over 15 years. They share how the support they gave each other was transformative for them in their journey of self growth and how the idea of this podcast was born in their conversations and serves as a great example of how women are capable of anything when they have their own hype squad.

Cynthia Mitchell founded EKA EARTH in 2015 with the intention of bringing people back to nature. She lived aboard her 30 ft Pearson and sailed the Caribbean islands for 4 years. She then traveled through 15 countries with the desire to understand human existence on a level beyond what is presented to us through social media, news-media, algorithms, billboards, and advertising. What she learned is that we are all the same regardless of religion, race, or cultural beliefs. All humans crave a life of happiness and ease, and in that, we are all the same.
