In this episode we talk with Dr. Joe Bobovsky about execution in leadership. Joe is a board certified physician who has worked in multiple clinical settings: high pressure emergency medicine, high stakes surgical medicine, and in education. But he didn’t stop there, while continuing his medical practice and research, Joe managed to get 4 black belts in various martial arts, he became a reserve police sergeant and even served on a SWAT team as medic and sniper. Now retired from medicine and law enforcement, he fills his time by taking on a leadership role for a regional Search and Rescue Team. In this discussion, Joe walks us through the difference between leaders who just talk and those who go out and get it done!
