After serving in the 101st Airborne Division and 3rd Ranger Battalion, Ben started Bear Hug Cattle Company in 2019. BHCC provides no cost vocational training to veterans seeking a career in the ranching industry. Participants spend 10 weeks learning the industry with most of their time spent training on the job at some of the most iconic ranches in the west.
