It’s was only a few episodes ago that I was talking about many countries’ obsession for policing plant based labelling (See: Crying Over Spilt Oat Milk). Well, France got their way! This time it got me thinking about French culture & old skool mentalities & identity as a whole when it comes to its relationship with food.
