Do you start the 4th quarter with the thought the year is almost over or that you have 1/4 left to go? As a real estate agent and an entrepreneur I am often tired by the start of the 4th quarter BUT this year I decided that I do not want to get to the end of December and wonder what I did with the last 3 months or wonder why I didn't get the production numbers I had hoped for! I was ready for a change!
