But that’s not all—beyond her corporate role, Tina is a Hatha Yoga teacher, deeply rooted in its traditional lineage.
Her passion for yoga extends beyond the mat; she has innovatively combined it with Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP), offering a unique blend of tranquility and balance on the water. Over the years, Tina has conducted numerous retreats and lessons, sharing her love for yoga and standup paddleboarding with others.

Whilst I love going to a retreat and immersing
