Love on your children, be sure that they know that they are important, loved, beautiful, etc. Affirm them so that they are able to develop a positive, healthy mindset and perspective of themselves so they become resilient against the world's attempts to tear them down mentally, spiritually and emotionally and easily overcome these types of things.
