These last few weeks I’ve been on a mission to change habits within my health 

As I spill these beans, I’m currently a few days into a water fast with my wife & hyped to continue weaving small changes into my program…

💭 Anything that’s good for you is rewarding after you’re over the first hump

💭 A rebellious approach to individuality — Taking a stance. People won’t get it, it’ll be against the grain, but it’s essential for you to become the best version of yourself and truly become mendid

💭 Becoming mendid — Checking off all the boxes that are important to you 

💭 Jumping into systems that don’t totally tailor to us

💭 We think we’re making progress but we’re really getting comfortable & the wheel is going off into the abyss

💭 Dress codes — Malbon crushed it with the press in the Masters

💭 Prayers to the family of a 21 year old teacher from my church who passed away 🙏

Health can be a scary thing if you let it…

This week I’m encouraging you to take that leap and do something to help improve yours. Remove that one habit, switch up your ways, and let the effects compound ✌️
