False Allegations. Good morning. Ladies and gentlemen. My name is Mr. Bullock. And I will be discussing my reports of false allegations on R. and Antonio Brown. I would like to propose a comment. The comment question of how any court hearing concerning rape could of took a different route? And this different route is false allegations. The law enforcement can believe that the accuser is claiming false allegations of rape. False allegations also may occur if an individual doesn't have enough or sufficient amount of proof or evidence. For me to further understand the meaning of false allegations I researched false allegations online doing a Wikipedia research. False allegations of rape can be from false memories or lies. One description of false memories is Recovery Memory Therapy. Recovery memory therapy is something like hypnosis or guided imagery or the use of sedative hypnotic drugs that will cause false allegations of rape from the individual Accuser. Another form of false allegations are lies. Lies of the rape can be about: 1. Material gain, 2. Producing an alibi, 3. Revenge, 4. Attention, 5. Sympathy or 6. Any Disturbed Mental State. 1. Material gain can be for; to receive money, professional promotion, or other material benefits. 2. Producing an alibi can be for; to cover-up other behavior. 3. Revenge can be for; to retaliate against a disliked person by damaging their reputation, freedom or finances. 4. Attention can be for an attempt to receive any sort of attention, positive or negative, by anyone. 5. Sympathy can be for a special kind of attention-seeking when the complainant tries to improve a personal relationship with a specific individual. 6. Disturbed mental state can be about false memories, sexual hallucinations or pathological lying. In my opinion I believe that the law enforcement might believe that anyone can claim False Allegations from either false memories or the different reasons for their lies. I read the definition of rape from the Merriam-Webster Dictionary. The definition of rape is any unlawful sexual activity usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person's will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of consent because of their mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception. I would like to comment with another question. The question is could these so-called victims be making false allegations on the singer R. Kelly? Since we haven't heard much evidence of these crimes charged on R. Kelly. Also. He appears to be innocent to me. Why would he deny himself of doing these crimes so emotionally and that televised interview. He acted just like he isn't guilty of the crimes. He isn't acting nervous. Either. I think the court hearings are false allegations. Why don't they give him a lie detector test? These victims need to come up with more and enough sufficient amount of evidence. Also. I read an article in U.S. Today stating that R. Kelly has been locked up in a Federal Detention Center in Chicago since July. He was indicted on two sets of federal crimes, including child pronography, sex trafficking and obstruction of justice, in Illinois and New York. He was a no-show in a Minneapolis court hearing concerning child prostitution charges. But federal prosecutors in Chicago declined to make him available. But a judge still issued a bench warrant for his arrest. The next Hearing in Kelly's case in Cook County was scheduled for December 4th, but Kelly is not required to be there. I want to comment with another question. Could these so-called victims be claiming false allegations and telling lies on the singer? Also. I read another article in the Chicago Times by Michael Sneed saying that R. Kelly's girlfriends will stay in Trump Tower and they wants to visit him in jail more. If he did these actions. Then why are they trying to see him? Also I read an article
