After a couple of intense episodes of One New Thing in a row, the boys needed to slow down and breath Episode 4. Ryan decided that every single day this week the boys were going to zen the **** out and meditate. Can two guys with ADHD sit still for half an hour and self-meditate? Derek and Ryan are just a couple of star-crossed homies who needed  something to spice up their friendship.  After about 8 minutes of deliberation and 3 minutes of planning they put together One New Thing. 

Join them each week as they attempt one new thing. Pretty simple concept. It could range from funny, to stupid, to heartfelt and heavy, and realistically back to stupid. Prepare to laugh, smile and probably be disappointed if you are either of our mothers.
