Ronald says creating memorable moments sets the resident's expectations for their future in your community. "I love seeing people's reactions. That's gonna stick with them." Just a little extra effort to create WOW has a big long-term payoff.
Mary provides extra WOW such as: answering phone calls and e-leads, giving undivided attention, and providing treats or simple giveaways. These things may not feel all that new or unique because you work in multifamily, you may have seen it before. But for the potential resident? It's new, fresh, unique, and WOW. And that's the goal after all.
