In this thoughtful and inspirational conversation, Mano shares his life story, including early lessons growing up as a third culture child in Morocco, falling in love with hospitality and then eventually taking a step back to continue following his musical passion, leading him to join Les Roches Marbella, where he has made a beautiful career for himself.

Mano grew his career in hospitality operations, including roles in Food & Beverage and then eventually going into General Management. Then, in 2008, he joined Les Roches in Career Development, Industry Placement and Alumni Relations. From that point on, he continued growing and expanding his role at the school, until eventually becoming the Director in 2022.
