This year's Maundy Thursday Service featured a series of readings from this well documented day before Jesus died. He taught his disciples to serve one another as he served them. He gave them a new covenant based in his body and his blood. He urged them to watch and pray with him as he intensely prayed to our Heavenly Father about the cup he was about to drink. Then under cover of night, the leaders came for him and Judas betrayed Jesus into the hands of men, all as Jesus had foretold. What can we learn from each of these scenes?
