Description

On this episode I want to introduce you to Londen,
Londen was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2009 during her sophomore year of high school.
After telling her mom her symptoms and her blurred vision her mom told her that she had diabetes.
This was on September 9, 2009. 15 years and equally 15 years later and greater she is sharing
with the world her story, that is No Sugar Coating.

Londen is a graduate of Hampton University with a degree in sports management. Today
you can find her setting up shop and educating the community about the real factors of Type
One diabetes and the many people it affects via herself founded organization "No Sugar Coating."

One of the main reasons Londen started No Sugar Coating was to educate others about diabetes and also
let people see that Diabetes isn't just a kid or elderly disease.

Via her own social media presence and her organizations, you can find Londen sharing her story and
collaborating with others to equally share their story so that their voices will be heard.

One thing She will always do is tell it how it is, hence, No Sugar Coating
