In this podcast episode Empowerment Coach Jen Smith, host of Elevate & Thrive - Breaking Barriers for and Empowered Life interviews Tim McDonald who is a stage 4 colon cancer survivor. He is a husband, father and papa to his grandkids. Diagnosed in November of 2020, at age 52, with metastasis to the liver, Tim has looked at this as a calling to help others who are are going through their own journey and to raise awareness so that nobody else has to experience the effects of colorectal cancer. After receiving a living donor liver transplant in May of 2023, Tim is now NED (no evidence of disease) and founded Share My Liver to help ignite connections and make living liver transplants accessible for all eligible patients.
