Description

Ferris Out Loud is back with a big episode, just one week before the season ends! This time, the hosts jump into several interesting topics.

First, Rockne tries to explain the NFL Draft happening in Green Bay, Wisconsin. But Kayla jokes that she just wants the Lions to win!

Then, Kayla talks about Katy Perry's short trip to space with rich friends. She criticizes it as a show, saying the money could have helped more women in science. The others agree, making fun of how the passengers acted like they had a life-changing experience after barely leaving Earth's atmosphere. Harmony brings up the environmental cost, and Torin supports her.

Next, Torin discusses a serious lawsuit by Harvard against the Trump Administration over cuts to research money. The hosts all think it's a bad decision, and they mention that other big universities are also against it.

Finally, Harmony leads a thoughtful conversation about the death of Pope Francis. Even though not everyone is religious, they respect his open-minded views and the way he led. They talk about who might become the next Pope and remember his last Easter message as something truly beautiful.

The show also has their regular "This or That" segment. This time, they debate traditional sports versus esports, agreeing that esports are competitive but wondering if they count as "real" sports because they aren't very physical. They also share their own experiences with different sports and the fun of watching live games. They even imagine what polite trash talk in golf would sound like and play a word connection game. Plus, they learn that kite flying is a serious sport in Thailand and share some memories about trying to fly kites.

Throughout the episode, they share cool fun facts, like how surgeons who play video games make fewer mistakes and how golf was the first sport played in space.

Don't miss this episode of Ferris Out Loud! With sports, celebrity opinions, serious discussions, games, and interesting facts, there's something for everyone in this second-to-last show of the season. Tune in before their final goodbye next week!
