The Robert Southwell poem from the meditation today is a sobering reminder: life is short, and we need to focus on what truly matters right now.


    As parents, it’s easy to get lost in the stress of daily life - work deadlines, errands, the news. But when we step back, we realize the most important thing is being with our kids and making memories while we can.
