In this solo episode with me (Codie) I talk about how meditation and breathing techniques have helped me, why I started using these tools and a few examples of each. 

Meditation is an amazing way to calm the mind and organise your thoughts. This practice has help transform how I approach all of my day to day tasks and my mindset each day. 

Breathing is such an underrated tool and guess what we all have it and it is FREE! 

These two practices are easy to learn, can be accessed at any time any day and are totally up to you.
