Leonard returns to his boyhood home with his wife Florence. The home, a mansion named Pirate's Rest, lies deep in the heart of the Louisiana bayou and is slowly crumbling into ruin. Leonard and Florence plan to sell the property. However, Aunt Emily claims the property belongs to her because Leonard is dead!
