A sudden wave of jewel thefts is sweeping the city. In sixteen days, sixteen burglaries have been committed, one each night. The trail leads to Walter Tracy. However, Friday and Romero soon realize that finding the loot is a lot harder than finding Tracy, who will not reveal the location of the stolen jewels.
