There are not many lost episodes from the Gunsmoke radio series. "Ben Thompson" is one of them. A fragment does exist through this promotional clip. The fragment covers most of the first act.
Act Two (which is lost) of this episode consisted of Matt Dillon defending himself against three men hired by the widow of Lassiter, a notorious gunman he killed in the first act.
