Lamont Cranston and Margo Lane attend a party hosted by a millionaire who believes he's the reincarnation of a vengeful Italian duke. The millionaire and his scientist accomplice plan to flood the estate and release diseased mosquitoes to infect their guests, who are his enemies. The Shadow must intervene to try and stop their deadly plot.
