Description

Does your baby hate tummy time? Is your baby not progressing thought milestones like you thought? Do you want to learn a gentle & supportive way of encouraging healthy movements for your future baby?

If any of these apply to you or if you're around babies in any capacity, this episode is a must.

Infant Developmental Movement Education (IDME) is a practice that provides hands on education for caretakers on how to support their child's development through movement. It is geared towards newborns to early walkers.

Amy Baumgarten is a holistic movement coach trained in IDME as well as other movement practices. Amy describes the foundations of IDME as the way that experiences & environment shape a "child's sense of self and their relationship to the world around them."
