The Notes from the Underground is an award-winner student led publication that creates a record for student writings and creative output. Dr. Beaven talks about the importance of showcasing the poetry, non-fiction, stories, plays, artwork, and paintings and the students’ role in editing and producing the journal twice a year. This “literary force” is a central point of pride across all academic divisions that students are truly passionate about.
