In this episode we share that Raees Mohamed and Geoff Sturr will have a Rule 16(d) Conference with Judge Pineda on September 24, 2025. We reason that after all this time, Judge Pineda will simply advise Raees to give us dates for a deposition.
We remind Brandon again that the FBI is watching and they visited my home several months ago.
We are not telling him this to extort him for money.
But we would like him to sit down for a deposition. It's the least he can do for making us wait 18 months to get us any type of discovery.
