Disclaimer: This show is intended for satire and meant for fun. There are no death threats, intimidation, or unprofessional lawyer conduct. This is free speech and Gil telling a story through his own words and opinions. If you don't like the podcast, please don't listen to it. Nobody is forcing you to listen to it. (COUGH COUGH RAEES, BILL, JAMIE, BRANDON, etc.)
In this episode we learn that Raees is trying to defend Jamie Sparks and still thinks of her as a material witness. If in fact she was a material witness, her ability to testify against Gil is conflicted as she formerly met with him as an attorney to discuss his personal life.
We also learn that Raees files a new Protective Order to silence Gil or at the very least ensure that Gil doesn't talk about Brandon's upcoming deposition on the podcast.
Why would Brandon want his deposition transcript sealed? What is he hiding from all of you? We will find out.
We also learn that word on the street is Raees wants to amend his Complaint for the 3rd time. Sadly, it sounds like he wants to back off the original charges and introduce new charges.
We also learn that Andrew Gould wants to expand discovery from 2022-2024 all the back to 2017 where he believes Gil may have been extorting Brandon all the way back then.
Gil welcomes this opportunity to present new evidence as well that further dates back to Brandon's shenanigans.
Gil asks the question, "Brandon, did you order the Code Red? as referenced in the movie 'A Few Good Men.'
Stay tuned for further updates...because there are a lot of updates coming.
