In this episode Gil breaks down the Rule 16(D) Conference where Judge Pineda orders both parties to conclude discovery by the middle of December 2025.
We also learn that Raees Mohamed and Brandon Rafi are walking back their charges against Gil Negrete and their false allegations that Gil Negrete called in a bomb threat and they're also taking back the claim that Gil or someone he knows did a home invasion of Brandon Rafi's home.
They also want to walk about the Lawyer Files charges that Gil has damaged the reputation of Brandon Rafi. We suspect they walked that back because they do not want to disclose their financials. Either way, they walked everything back to introduce new charges that Gil is defamatory on his podcast and uses the podcast for unfair competition against the Goliath Marketer Brandon Rafi.
It is now more clear than ever that Brandon Rafi's lawsuit is dead in the water. That is our opinion but we believe that is 100% true as this case nears the finish line.
