The girls discuss why women shaming or judging other women gives an energy of misery, and they offer advice as a prison wife on how to handle it. They also discuss why self-love and self-care should be a staple in a prison wife's life because of the amount of sacrifice. It's never selfish to make sure your cup is full, because you can't give to others from an empty cup. As always, they end with your comments and questions, and even some very challenging questions!
