Description

Burnout has traditionally been described as working too much and running out of energy, but there’s so much more to it than that – in fact, it might not be about the quantity of work at all. In this episode, we challenge and reframe the mainstream description of burnout.

This podcast is for you if you believe that:

● Embracing a growth mindset and being brave enough to suck at something new is a must.

● Fear should be acknowledged but shouldn’t stop you from doing epic shit!

● It should be a “No” unless it’s a “Hell Yes!”

● There’s more than enough for everyone.

● Your energy will tell you where to go next. Listen and trust the process.

● People are so much more than titles and the boxes others put them in.

● What are you currently doing that no longer serves your genius—or your goals?

● What’s one small “non-essential” thing you can cut this week?

● Where are you saying “yes” when “no” would protect your energy?

Only you can reframe burnout to live your life by design.
