Description

Curiosity is a beautiful beginning, but it’s not the whole story. Growth happens when curiosity meets courage. In this episode, we check in with ourselves about curiosity to make sure it is genuine exploration versus a way to potentially procrastinate or hide from commitment.

This podcast is for you if you believe that:

● Embracing a growth mindset and being brave enough to suck at something new is a must.

● Fear should be acknowledged but shouldn’t stop you from doing epic shit!

● It should be a “No” unless it’s a “Hell Yes!”

● There’s more than enough for everyone.

● Your energy will tell you where to go next. Listen and trust the process.

● People are so much more than titles and the boxes others put them in.

Tips for navigating curiosity:

1. Follow the thread but set a boundary. Give yourself a time limit or milestone: “I’ll explore this idea for two weeks, then decide my next step.”

2. Ask better questions: Not just “What else could I learn?” but “What do I need to do with what I’ve learned?”

Reflection prompt: “Where might your curiosity be calling for action instead of more exploration?”
