This episode I talk about why you shouldn't exercise. For the reasons like: "to burn calories" or "lose weight" – no. Exercise – move your body – because you can. Exercise because it makes you resilient to unhealthy habits and poor life choices. Exercise because – that's the time you spend away from scrolling social media. Exercise because one day you might not be able to. Exercise... and enjoy the ice-cream. So many of us are wasting the concept of moving our bodies – by using exercise as a punishing stick – than a beautiful tool to discover the home in your body.
