Whether you recognize it or not, we often lie to feel free. Many of us have experienced childhoods where lying equated to safety and freedom. As we move into adulthood, we continue to lie, and continue to be in the invisible constraints that these lies keep us in. When we start taking a look at our patterns around dishonesty, with neutrality, we begin to free ourselves of these constraints. We begin to be honest with ourselves, and with others. This honesty leads to a deeper sense of freedom, choice, love, and connection with ourselves and others.
