Owen is joined by Allison Lamplugh, owner and founder of Lamplight Creatives. From the early adulthood Allison showed entrepreneurial characteristics by figuring a way to finish high school early in order to move to the bay area in California from her hometown in Oregon. She's worked in many environments including corporations, marketing agencies, a community college, all while testing self employment endeavors including starting a magazine. These experiences and her intentional networking and problem identification lead her to start Lamplight Creatives, a freelance based marketing business.
