Owen is joined by former science teacher turned buy-and-hold real estate investor Michael Krasilovsky. Shortly after relocating with his now wife across the country to start his dream job as a middle school teacher the 2008 recession hit the county. Because of the new reduced budget and Michael's new status he was told he wasn't going to be brought back to teach the following year. It was at that point he looked for a form of income stability and discovered real estate investing. Though he ended up continuing teaching a bit longer the idea of the power of real estate investing was already in his brain and would quickly turn both his career and life in a new direction.
