Have you sacrificed sleep so that you could keep working, grab drinks with a friend or watch an extra episode of Netflix? Have you woke up on some mornings and immediately felt ready to go back to sleep? Have there been days you don’t even feel like you’re “awake” until lunch rolls around?

Today I want to talk about the importance of prioritizing our sleep and how by doing so allows us to feel refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Yes it’s okay to sacrifice a few hours here and there when needed BUT for the most part we should push to get as much rest as our body and mind needs.
