Is there a past situation or moment that still causes you emotional discomfort today? I can promise that you’re not alone. Everyone deals with some type of trauma and each and every scenario is unique and one of a kind. I’ve recently been experiencing after affects from something that happened six years ago which inspired me to want to talk about it on todays episode. The past is the past, what’s done is done but we can change how we view the situation so that we can continue to live our lives.
