In this episode, we're following up with Bobby Giles, the APA Director of Government Affairs, on the progress made on PBM Reform in Alabama in the aftermath of the introduction of HB238, The FAIR Meds Act and the development of the Legislative PBM Study Group to identify and address root concerns.
