Olivier Rizk told us his story of how his award-winning baguettes bought the heart of Andrew Hellinger, owner of River Landing to be able to open his first own french bakery, Ficelle Bakery.
Olivier told us about starting a business with his brothers, learning from his uncle who has been running a French bakery for over 40 years, learning the trade in New York, the secret to his award-winning baguettes, and how we had to get approved by Publix.
