Without any outside investors, they maxed out their credit cards and put their house on the line to open their restaurant. Meet Michelle Coleman and Harry Coleman. At the moment they own and run Empanada Harry's and Smoke and Dough in West Kendall area.
They told us about differences between empanadas from different countries, their journalistic background, the art behind smoking the meat, never paying influencers and Harry's traumatic heart attack in the middle of the ocean.
